We helped Medtronic define and articulate a clear portfolio strategy. Altaviva became the embodiment of that strategy: a brand that supports earlier intervention, speaks to a different patient mindset, and lives comfortably within the Medtronic family without blending into it.
With differentiated messaging and a distinct visual identity, Altaviva clarified its role as a new entry point in the OAB journey. We brought that clarity to life through internal training tools, patient-facing communications, HCP education, and sales enablement materials all designed to awaken alignment across teams and channels.
