With an expanded provider network, broader reach, and growing influence, the newly combined company had a unique opportunity: to build a brand that reflected its scale, stability, and commitment to transforming care.

The merger came at a pivotal moment. As the COVID-19 pandemic pushed the healthcare system toward rapid virtualization, the need for trusted, accessible behavioral health services became more urgent than ever. The new brand had to not only unify two legacy organizations but also inspire confidence in a future where virtual care would play a lasting role.

The challenge

How do you build a unified brand that captures the strength of two leaders while earning trust in what’s to come?
